Natalie Bailey

Natalie Bailey

Administrative Assistant

Natalie Bailey

Administrative Assistant

Natalie Bailey is the Office Administrator/Assistant to the Directors at Keystone Adventure School and Farm. It wasn’t long after arriving in Edmond from Huntington Beach, CA that Natalie discovered Keystone and was immediately enamored by the picturesque property. After feverishly looking up and researching the school online, she learned of the whole-child approach to education used within the school and she couldn’t think of a better place to work and support. It just so happened her mother drove by the school and saw a help wanted message on their school kiosk and Natalie could not call the school fast enough to inquire. Just 3 weeks after that call and Natalie is excited to begin working on the Keystone team.

Natalie was that neighborhood girl who would turn her garage in to a classroom and make all the kids in her area play school with her. She has a Bachelor of Arts in Social Studies Education from Purdue University, multiple areas of certification such as yoga instruction, baby sign language education and birth doula support along with experience in the publishing world as an editor and proofreader.

Outside of work, Natalie gushes over her 3 incredible children whom she homeschools and adventures with. In her sacred spare time, she can be found in her garden, her library space, at the gym, on her yoga mat or anywhere out in nature.

Office Manager

Hello, Keystone Adventure School and Farm community! My name is Kristy Frame, and I am thrilled to be at Keystone. This is my second year at Keystone as the Office Manager. I wear many hats in this position such as the school secretary, setting up school tours, manning the desk, assisting the Directors, attending to all sick kiddos, and much more. I learn so much from your children when they come in for bandaids or just a hug.  I feel like I have the best job!

I currently reside in the vibrant city of Oklahoma City with my loving husband and our bustling family, which includes four amazing children, four precious grandbabies, and three adorable dogs. Family has always been the cornerstone of my life, and I cherish every moment I get to spend with them, whether it’s a day of hiking and fishing, or simply sharing a meal together.

Before embarking on this exciting journey with Keystone, I dedicated 17 years of my professional life to Mustang Public Schools, where I had the privilege of working with incredible students, and families. Outside of my career, I have a passion for Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, a sport that not only keeps me physically active, but also teaches valuable life skills such as discipline and perseverance.

I truly look forward to getting to know each and every one of you at Keystone Adventure School and Farm, and I can’t wait to bring my zest for life, and my dedication to making a positive impact on the lives of children to this remarkable community. Please feel free to call or email with any questions. I’m here to help you and your amazing kids every day. Together, we will embark on an exciting adventure of learning and growth.
